Brad has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over his technology career including technical analyst, office technology manager, business systems manager, regional technology director, assistant vice-president of software development, vice-president of information technology, chief information officer and, most recently, chief executive officer.  He has over 35 years of experience in business management, technology management and education, and has led numerous major system transition and integration projects, many associated with corporate mergers and acquisitions.  Before entering the technology field, Brad was a mathematics and computer science teacher as well as a high school level head coach.

Brad is proud to have been recognized as an effective leader many times during his career including Presidential Achievement Awards and Ultimate Team Player recognition in his corporation.  The latter award was a prestigious leadership award exemplifying the meaning of a true team player who brings together departments to focus on common goals and introduces several significant new solutions and products to move the company forward.  After leaving his corporate executive role in 2011, Brad began to focus on retail and software product design and the development of patents that led to the founding of ExecuTech Solutions LLC in 2012.  Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from East Stroudsburg University (ESU) of Pennsylvania and completed extensive graduate studies at ESU in training and administration, as well as at Lehigh University focused on educational technology.  He is a Philadelphia native and sports enthusiast, devoted husband to his lovely wife, proud father of three boys and two grandchildren, and now resides in Cary, North Carolina.

As a former Vice President and Chief Information Officer for a multi-billion dollar advertising and media company, Brad led the enterprise with responsibility for all aspects of information technology.  In this role he formulated strategic technology plans, directed the implementation of technology, adapted existing systems, leveraged new technologies to expand corporate capabilities, evolved processes and practices, and managed technology infrastructure to ensure effective and efficient operations.  During his career, Brad has been responsible for all aspects of technology including strategic planning, portfolio management, software and product engineering, business intelligence, quality assurance, enterprise architecture, networks, data centers, contract negotiations, vendor management and a multitude of technology support services.
